Sunday, October 26 2008, 7:30pm - 9:00pm
2008 marks a critical time in our nation's history as America again chooses a President. With numerous issues facing the nation domestically and internationally, this year promises to be an important and historical moment in time. To understand the critical issues of the day, CBE is proud to host some of the leading writers and thinkers today as they share with our community their thoughts on Election 2008 and the road ahead for America and the rest of the world.

The final event of thes series is a discussion on the Constitution with Hendrick Hertzberg and Michael Waldman. Hendrik Hertzberg is a senior editor and staff writer at The New Yorker, where he frequently writes the opening Comment in The Talk of the Town. Michael Waldman is a nationally prominent public interest lawyer, government official, teacher and writer. He became director of the Brennan Center for Justice at New York University School of Law in October 2005.
